This January, Starbucks will be offering a new promotion each Monday. Available once per customer, you’ll be able to get $2 off an Impossible Breakfast Sandwich on Mondays at participating Starbucks cafes. 

The Impossible Breakfast Sandwich is hand assembled from aged cheddar cheese, a fried cage-free egg and 100% plant based Impossible Sausage. It is served on a fresh sesame ciabatta roll.
