IHOP Premiers the New Frozen Hot Chocolate Milkshake

IHOP is now debuting their newest chocolaty dessert, the Frozen Hot Chocolate Milkshake.

Only available at IHOP restaurants for a limited time, the Frozen Hot Chocolate Milkshake is crafted from a blend of classic vanilla ice cream, hot chocolate and milk. It is served with whipped topping, mini marshmallows and a tasty drizzle of chocolate sauce.
