Oven baked from a mix of brightly colored mint chips and decadent chocolate cookie batter, the new Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie will be offered on the Firehouse Subs' menu for a limited time, along with other popular desserts like Brownies, Chocolate Chip Cookies and Oatmeal Raisin Cookies.
