New Shredded Beef Birria is now being rolled out at El Pollo Loco restaurants. It is featured in a tasty lineup of new dishes including Crunchy Shredded Beef Birria Tacos, Shredded Beef Birria Overstuffed Quesadillas and Shredded Beef Birria Grilled Burritos.

Crunchy Shredded Beef Birria Tacos

Featuring seasoned and artfully cooked pieces of tender beef, Crunchy Shredded Beef Birria Tacos showcase shredded beef birria, onion, cheese and cilantro, all stuffed into a crunchy taco shell. El Pollo Loco’s popular consomé dipping sauce, featuring a warm and savory broth, is also included.

Shredded Beef Birria Overstuffed Quesadilla

This El Pollo Loco creation is packed with shredded beef birria, ripe avocado, fresh cilantro, cheese and onions. It is wrapped in a crispy, twice-grilled flour tortilla and is served with consomé sauce and fresh-made tortilla chips. 

Shredded Beef Birria Grilled Burrito

This new El Pollo Loco dish is crafted from a grilled flour tortilla that is layered with shredded beef birria, rice, beans, sour cream, onions, cheese, cabbage and cilantro. It too comes with a complimentary serving of tortilla chips and El Pollo Loco’s classic consomé dipping sauce.
