This Dairy Queen dessert brings to mind all the rich and steamy flavors of a mug of hot chocolate, while being served icy cold. The Oreo Hot Cocoa Blizzard is topped with real whipped cream and is hand-mixed from vanilla soft serve, crumbled Oreo cookie pieces and decadent cocoa fudge.
