Carl’s Jr. Launches the Beefy and Buttery New Sourdough Star

The new Sourdough Star is joining the Star Burger line up at Carl’s Jr. this season.

This savory burger begins with a Carl’s Jr. charbroiled all-beef patty that is topped with classic sauce and mayo. The Sourdough Star also features caramelized onions, 2 crispy bacon strips, American cheese, tomato slices and fresh lettuce.

It is served on thick slices of freshly toasted and buttered Sourdough bread.
