Fans of Swiss cheese, mushrooms and grilled beef may want to head to their neighborhood Applebee’s to check out the brand new Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger.

Available at participating Applebee’s restaurants nationwide for a short time, the Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger is served on a warm brioche bun with a side of classic fries.

Showcasing an all-beef hamburger patty that is seasoned with a Cajun spice blend, the Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger is also packed with a double helping of melty Swiss cheese, sautéed mushrooms, a black pepper sauce and sautéed onions. 

This limited edition burger also comes with Applebee’s special garlic mayonnaise that is made fresh in-house.
